Someone you know has added YOU to their my-eforce Safety Circle to help them in situations where a quick call is necessary to reset, step away or stay safe.
The my-eforce Safety Circle is a trusted network of friends, family or coworkers who can quietly step in when things don’t feel right.
It’s designed for those in-between moments - not emergencies, but situations that feel uncomfortable. With a quick tap in the my-eforce app, the person who added you to their Safety Circle can send a short message asking you to call them, giving them a safe reason to step away or reset the situation.
You’ve been invited because someone trusts you, values your support and wants the extra reassurance of having you as a safety contact in their network.
As part of their Safety Circle, you may receive texts when they tap a Silent Alarm in the my-eforce app. That message gives you the chance to check in with them quickly - it’s about being proactive when things feel uneasy and not waiting for an emergency.
First, you will receive a text message notifying you that you have been added to a Safety Circle by someone you know.
If a Silent Alarm is triggered, call your contact as instructed in the text message:
"Hey Matthew! It’s Tom. I’m sending this from my personal safety app, my-eforce. I am safe but could use a phone call to get out of an uncomfortable situation. Could you please call me at 123-123-1234?”
