Program Terms and Conditions:

  1. Acceptance of Terms: You must accept the my-eforce Terms & Conditions when activating your account during setup.
  2. Eligibility: Access to the watch and app is conditional on your employment and authorization by your employer.
  3. Subscription Access: The app subscription is active only while you remain employed and authorized.
  4. Watch Ownership: The watch is provided by your employer. Ownership and payment responsibilities are defined by your agreement with them.
  5. Usage: The watch and app must be used for their intended safety purposes and in line with employer policies and my-eforce Terms & Conditions.
  6. End of Employment: If your employment ends or you're removed from the program, you may need to return the watch and settle any outstanding amounts.
  7. Support & Warranty: The watch is covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer. my-eforce is not responsible for repairs or replacements. Issues due to loss, damage, misuse, or carelessness are your responsibility.
  8. Data & Privacy: Data collected through the app is handled in accordance with the my-eforce Privacy Policy.

Watch Warranty

The watch provided through this program is covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, which applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, as defined by the manufacturer. Please refer to their website for more information.

Any issues arising outside the scope of the manufacturer's warranty — including, but not limited to, damage due to misuse, accidental breakage, loss, neglect, or unauthorized repairs — are your responsibility.

my-eforce is not responsible for providing repairs, replacements, or support for hardware issues.

Step 1:
Please visit either the App Store or Google Play Store on your phone and download the my-eforce app.
Step 2:
Once you have it downloaded, you then will set up your account by pressing 'Activate' on the login screen and following the prompts.

Step 3:
Sign into your account and connect for advanced personal protection!
